Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box.
Package Your Sneakers
Place the unworn sneakers back in their original P448 branded box and ensure the package is properly sealed for transit.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
